Ava Genes
Since it opened several years ago, Ava Genes has redefined fine dining in Portland and has been one of my absolutely most favorite spots. It was a real treat to be able to spend a few days with their team, creating a huge cache of images, not only of the finished dishes, but also the 'behind the scenes' of what makes a great restaurant great.
